Marble Patio and Walkway Installation

The homeowner wanted to transform their back yard into a usable space for entertainment, space for children to play. and create an outdoor living space. Initially, the back yard had little to no grass and mostly undrainable soil with drainage issues.

After installing proper drainage and a new marble patio, the homeowner has a functional and much more attractive back yard.

The front walkway, side walkway leading to the patio, and the backyard patio were all installed with marble to create a cohesive flow. We also repaired loose and chipped Belgium block curbing along the neighbor’s driveway, near the homeowner’s backyard.

The backyard drainage solution included attaching a sump pump and two downspouts on the back side of the house, underground, and connecting to an existing pipe near the curb. We constructed a trench along back portion of property and installed a sump pit on the side of the house where the AC unit is located.  An additional perforated drainpipe was added along the back portion of the property and was connected to a solid pipe that will drain to the sump pit.
