Landscape Solutions was proud to complete a comprehensive planting installation for the Spring Hills Senior Living Center in Livingston, NJ. Awarded through a competitive bidding process, this project reflects our experience working with commercial properties and senior living communities throughout Northern New Jersey.

Following the landscape designer’s and builder’s plans, our team delivered and installed hundreds of shrubs, perennials, and groundcover plantings, along with numerous deciduous and evergreen trees. All plant material was sourced from our local nursery to ensure quality, health, and long-term performance. Careful attention was given to plant placement, soil preparation, and proper installation techniques to support sustainable growth and seasonal resilience.

The scope of work included plantings along the building’s exterior as well as within the interior courtyards. Entrance areas were enhanced with layered shrubs and ornamental trees to create a welcoming first impression for residents and visitors. Within the courtyard spaces, thoughtfully selected plant varieties provide seasonal color, year-round texture, and natural shade—helping to establish inviting garden environments that promote relaxation and well-being.

The result is a professionally designed landscape that complements the architecture of the property while offering residents comfortable, therapeutic outdoor spaces to enjoy.
