Reva Rahway 4th Floor Sun Deck & Ground Level Landscaping

The Reva Rahway Apartments landscaping project included a 4th floor sun deck and ground floor sod installation and new garden plantings.

Planting boxes were installed on the 4th floor rooftop sun deck and were prepped to be filled with soil for rooftop plantings and proper drainage. Soil was piped to the 4th floor, which is always a bit of a challenge along with the use of special equipment to bring plants, trees, and equipment up to the 4th floor rooftop.

Landscape lighting was also installed for tenants to be able to enjoy the outdoors long into the evening.
